I have just started Meditating just a few months ago in March with the Self Awareness Institute SAI with Steven Sadleir. I finished the program up a few months ago, and it changed my life forever. What he taught me over the Tele-course seminar will last me a lifetime. I also just purchased the Holosync and just started using it. I am going to keep a blog of how am I coming along with Holosync, this product seems to really work and has great reviews. When I use it with the Meditation I have already learned it is just pure Bliss.
